Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a senior analytics professional to build and analyze predictive models, support data-driven decisions and create scalable ML solutions. You will work across the business to frame problems, mine data, and validate models with rigorous metrics.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data governance and producing actionable insights. Hybrid, onsite and remote opportunities are available; base pay includes a short-term incentive plan.

About the role

• Develops and analyzes business cases for analytic opportunities. Provides technical and quantitative support to build, test, validate and maintain predictive models. Analyzes business data to provide insight and recommendations. Applies statistical methods to formulate solutions to complex business problems.

• Base Pay Range: $110,000-$151,250
• The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
• Incentive Pay: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.

COUNTRY Financial is headquartered in Bloomington, IL and offers hybrid, onsite and remote opportunities. If you\'re based at our Bloomington, IL corporate office, you\'ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office and two days working remotely. For roles posted as remote, candidates who live more than 50 miles from Bloomington, IL may qualify for a fully remote arrangement.
