COUNTRY Financial is searching for a senior data platforms leader to guide enterprise data ecosystems, governance, and cloud modernization initiatives across our nationwide presence.

You will establish database management standards, data quality, metadata, and integration strategies, while driving scalable pipelines for dashboards, ML models, and analytics with cross-functional collaboration.

About the role

Provides direction for data platforms, integration patterns, master data management, metadata management, data quality, governance, and cloud modernization initiatives. Establishes database management systems, standards, guidelines and quality assurance for database deliverables, such as conceptual design, logic, capacity planning, interface specifications, maintenance and security. Develops strategies for enterprise data ecosystems, cloud platforms, analytics, AI enablement, and information management.

Key responsibilities

• Develops data pipelines that are scalable, repeatable and secure and can be used for dashboard development, machine learning models and exploratory data analysis.
• Designs and builds data models in Entity Relationships Diagram (ERD).
• Prepares and manipulates data.
• Manages data migrations/conversions and troubleshoots data processing issues.
• Iteratively delivers functionality using DevOps tools and concepts.
• Collaborates with other areas to develop standards and best practices for research, analysis, data engineering and machine learning.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $161,600-$222,200 The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.

Location & Work Arrangements

COUNTRY is headquartered in Bloomington, IL and offers hybrid, onsite and remote opportunities. If you're based at our Bloomington, IL corporate office, you'll enjoy a hybrid work schedule – three days in the office and two days working remotely. For roles posted as remote, candidates who live more than 50 miles from Bloomington, IL may qualify for a fully remote arrangement.
