Compensation: Up to $130,000 base + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Houston, TX (On-site 4 days per week)

My client is a modern, technology-led investment management firm leveraging advanced data science and machine learning to drive smarter decisions across global financial markets. They’re looking for a Data Scientist at junior–mid level who’s excited by real-world data, complex systems, and the chance to see models directly influence trading and investment strategies. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of data scientists, engineers, and quantitative analysts working at the intersection of finance, technology, and analytics.

The Role

This is a hands‑on role with exposure to live market data, large datasets, and decision‑making systems that operate at scale. From exploratory analysis through to production‑ready models, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how data is used across the firm — with visibility, ownership, and room to grow. This is an on‑site‑first environment designed for collaboration, mentorship, and fast learning, with flexibility built in where it counts.
