Position Overview:

Are you a driven and analytical professional with a passion for data science and a strong command of Python and SQL? Do you excel in taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish, including leading meetings and managing stakeholders? If you bring a proactive approach and are eager to make a significant impact, we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist who can independently manage projects, leveraging data to deliver actionable insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Employ your expertise in Python and SQL to extract, process, analyze, and interpret large datasets.

- Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven strategies to solve business challenges.

- Take full ownership of projects, ensuring clear planning, execution, and delivery.

- Lead project meetings with a structured approach, facilitating clear communication and actionable outcomes.

- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring their requirements are met and keeping them informed of project progress.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, design experiments, and optimize business processes through data insights.

Preferred Experience (Not Required, but a Plus):

- Proficiency with Gen AI, Large Language Models, and Langchain.

- Prior experience in the healthcare or claims processing industry.
