Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a Data Scientist to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to support business decision-making. The role focuses on reporting, dashboard development, process automation, and delivering actionable insights using Power BI and Excel.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate requirements into analytical solutions, build automated reports, and maintain data quality while applying statistical methods where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, charts, and data validation.
• Experience developing recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
