Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy predictive models across client environments. You will lead a small team of analysts, developers, and data users in an Agile setting to transform structured and unstructured data into actionable insights and ML solutions.

The role requires cloud data experience (Azure, AWS), strong data visualization skills, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience designing and maintaining cloud data environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Proficient with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
  • Experience building and deploying predictive models and ML solutions.
  • Experience data validation, feature engineering, and preparing complex data sets.
  • Experience building and automating data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of regression, classification, and clustering.
  • Must have Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

You thrive on the challenge of transforming vast amounts of structured and unstructured data not just into insights, but into machine learning and artificial Intelligence solutions to solve complex challenges.As a client facing Data Scientist, you’ll work with and guide a small team of analysts, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You’ll apply your deep knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling as you lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive models for your clients. You will also work closely with your clients to understand their questions and challenges, and then architect data-driven solutions within their data-rich environments. Not only will you build models to predict future outcomes, but you’ll also advise your client on what these predictions mean and how they can be used to proactively shape mission success.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
