Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a blend of statistical analysis, machine learning, and strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive business insights.
  • Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive product and business solutions.
  • Design experiments and analyze results to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Stay current with the latest research, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2–3 years) as a Data Scientist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings in simple terms.
