We are seeking a Data Scientist to build and scale our internal analytics capabilities. This role involves creating dashboards, models, and insights that support business and product teams. You will collect requirements, define key metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Responsibilities include building production‑grade models and dashboards, defining core metrics around capacity, ROI, adoption, revenue, and costs, transforming raw data using tools like dbt, Airbyte, and Databricks, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate goals into data solutions. You will analyze product, operational, and commercial data to identify opportunities and influence priorities, and present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data engineering, strong SQL skills, and experience designing medallion data architectures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to explain complex work to diverse audiences. Experience with AI infrastructure, forecasting methods like ARIMA or Prophet, model‑serving workflows, and practical experimentation is a plus.
