Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group advancing care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, working with families, providers, and health plans to improve outcomes.

The role focuses on building ML/AI models to support clinical decisions, with data work across Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau. You will present findings to non-technical staff and thrive in a startup-like environment committed

• 3+ years of experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods.
• Ability to present findings to non-technical staff across the organization.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into robust ML/AI models to improve clinical outcomes for children.
• Work with our Staff Data Scientist and cross functional teams to define requirements, optimize data collection, build data assets, and deliver insights on business strategy and patient care
• Develop ML models incorporating clinical, claims, and social determinants of health (SDoH) data to drive actionable recommendations
• Independently query Snowflake and prepare data for exploratory data analysis and modeling

What You Bring & How You Qualify

• 3+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods
• Ability to work with and present findings to non-technical staff across the organization
• Experience working in a start-up or growth environment required; healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and/or Tableau

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The role offers a base salary range of $135,000 - $170,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
