Responsibilities

The Worker(s) will provide the following services:

1. Perform complex Data Scientist work, analyzing information in the client’s Enterprise Data Warehouse and designing, developing, testing processes for the data warehouse.
2. Develop and document processes to extract data from the data warehouse for accurate reporting.
3. Conduct complex data analysis and visualization, including data quality assessment, cleansing, and preparation from various sources.
4. Define and document the technical architecture and provide reports on assessment methodology, findings, and recommendations.
5. Communicate with stakeholders, management, and relevant parties regarding methodology, approach, and schedule.
6. Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

Client to obtain expert services to:

1. Assess the client’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) customer data for quality issues impacting performance data submission.
2. Evaluate the current analytics model used for creating and processing data to support tracking performance outcomes for WIOA services.
3. Provide a report with assessment methodology, findings, conclusions, and corrective action recommendations, including a resolution plan.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

1. 8 years of experience designing and developing ETL processes for enterprise data warehouses using Informatica, with deep hands-on expertise.
2. 8 years of experience with data warehouse development and testing, preferably with Oracle or SQL Server.
3. 8 years of experience in Data Science.
4. 8 years of experience with data modeling in a data warehouse environment.
5. 8 years of experience with Informatica Cloud suite.
6. 8 years of experience devising algorithms and models for data mining, analysis, and validation.
7. 3 years of experience addressing mismatched data in case management systems.

Preferred:

1. 5+ years of experience with multiple RDBMS (e.g., DB2, SQL Server, Oracle).
2. 5+ years of experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin.
3. 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services.
4. 2 years of experience addressing mismatched data in case management systems.
