Overview

Location: Charlotte, NC & Addison, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale ML/NLP solutions including Named Entity Recognition, Document Classification, Document Summarization, Topic Modelling, Dialog Systems, Sentiment Analysis, and OCR text processing.
• Set up supervised and unsupervised ML/NLP models, including data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model selection and ensemble methods, performance metrics, and visualization.
• Develop ML/NLP pipelines for large data sets, both structured and unstructured.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Data Scientist or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Deep understanding and some exposure to Generative AI open-source models
• At least 5 years programming experience in software development and Agile processes
• At least 5 years Python (or equivalent) programming experience to work with ML/NLP models
• Experience in designing and implementing OCR and other data processing components

• Master’s degree in Computer Science/Data Science or related field
• Collaborating with a diverse set of partners and stakeholders from various Lines of Business
