Part-Time Technical Screener – Data Science (Contract)

Remote | Contract | ️ 10–20 screens/week (weeks will vary lower or higher) |

Curate Partners is seeking an experienced Data Science Subject Matter Expert to join our recruiting workflow as a part-time Technical Screener. This individual will support our talent delivery team by conducting in-depth technical interviews with pre-vetted candidates in the Data Science domain.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 45-minute video technical interviews using CoderPad to evaluate:
• LLMs and applied data modeling
• Assess technical depth, communication, and problem-solving in real time
• Complete a short evaluation sheet within 1–2 hours post-screen (ratings + notes)
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure top-quality candidates move quickly to hiring managers

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / ML / AI
• Strong coding and live problem-solving skills in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with CoderPad or similar technical screening tools
• Clear communication and structured evaluation mindset
• Ability to commit to 10–20 screenings/week
• Flexible hours (daytime and EST working hours preferred. No weekends.)
