Role Overview

As a Data Analyst you will serve as a bridge between data and decision‑making. You’ll uncover insights, design data products, and help clients realize value through analytics.

Responsibilities

• Uncover client needs through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and exploratory data analysis.
• Assess and interpret raw data sets to evaluate trends, data quality, performance metrics, and the accuracy of business logic.
• Design and build impactful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Profile and interpret data to identify patterns and translate them into actionable, insight‑driven recommendations.
• Leverage cloud data platforms (Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse) to access and analyze data at scale.
• Interface directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle—gathering requirements, sharing insights, and iterating on deliverables.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with data engineers, architects, and solution owners to deliver holistic solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and co‑creation workshops with clients to shape iterative, high‑impact solutions.
• Explore opportunities to apply AI and GenAI to automate insights, accelerate reporting, or enhance decision intelligence.
• Bring a forward‑thinking mindset to AI‑powered solutions, including agentic solutions and LLM integrations, helping clients and teams navigate what’s possible as the AI landscape evolves.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience focused on data analysis, BI, or analytics strategy.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience analyzing large data sets and building queries to uncover trends, metrics, and data relationships.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Exposure to modern cloud data platforms: Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Synapse.
• Familiarity with AI and machine‑learning concepts and an ability to explore how GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) can support faster analysis and insight generation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting findings to external stakeholders.
• Comfort in dynamic, cross‑functional environments, with an agile mindset and a collaborative working style.
• Willingness and ability to be onsite at the Inspire11 or client location depending on project needs to maximize in‑person collaboration and build stronger relationships.
• Eligible to work in the United States; Inspire11 does not sponsor employment visas.

Compensation

Salary range: $64,000 - $120,000 USD.

Bonuses: Periodic bonuses may be awarded for sales, revenue, client‑specific, or practice‑specific targets. Eligibility is contingent on meeting performance expectations and the Company’s financial and market conditions.

Equity: Options may be granted annually based on performance reviews and leadership approval, with vesting periods associated with them.
