• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communications among investigators, staff, and partner institutions.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure grant objectives are met.
• Maintain project documentation and support reports, renewals, and related grants paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with NIH, institutional, and IRB policies for research conduct and data management.
• Assist with budgets, expenditures, and data collection for reporting.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and dashboards highlighting outcomes.
