What You’ll Do

1. Lead end-to-end development lifecycle of innovative ML-based enterprise products for complex business problems.
2. Architect and implement AI-enabled data products.
3. Lead team efforts in research, conceptualization, and design for new product lines.
4. Research and assess state-of-the-art AI algorithms for natural language understanding, personalized assisting tools, etc.
5. Own, drive, and solve complex, cross-functional problems that extend beyond traditional boundaries of product domains, analytics, and data science.
6. Lead hybrid teams of scientists and engineers to create AI solutions.
7. Engage with senior client leaders to deliver value through transformative solutions.
8. Partner effectively with global ZS colleagues.
9. Publish thought leadership pieces and present at leading industry conferences.
10. Foster ZS talent through recruiting and training contributions.
11. Shape ZS firm strategy in newer areas and practices, including AI.

What You’ll Bring

1. 9–14 years of work experience in building AI/ML-based products.
2. BE/B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute is required.
3. Masters or PhD from a premier institute is highly preferred (in Computer Science or allied areas).
4. In-depth knowledge of advanced algorithms (e.g., Deep learning, NLP, recommenders, etc.).
5. Experience applying ML algorithms to complex business problems.
6. Knowledge of Big Data, cloud, and distributed computing paradigms and related technologies.
7. Experience deploying large-scale AI solutions into production beyond POCs.
8. Ability to frame first-of-a-kind business problems into analytical solutions.
9. Ability to research, experiment, and iterate rapidly towards practical solutions.
10. Hands-on programming proficiency in open-source environments (e.g., Python).
11. Domain knowledge in industry verticals such as travel, hospitality, retail, asset management, and high-tech is highly preferred.
