Overview – Data Science Manager

Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a large US retailer that is looking to hire a Data Science Manager to join its growing Data & Analytics organization. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people leadership, hands-on technical understanding and commercial problem solving.

You'll lead a team of Data Scientists working across high-impact initiatives that influence customer experience, commercial performance and wider business decision‑making. The role will involve setting direction for the team, improving how Data Science is delivered across the organization and ensuring projects move from initial idea through to production and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities – Data Science Manager:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Data Scientists
