Qualifications

• Requires 6–8 years of progressive experience in data science and analytics.
• Experience leading people and complex analytical workstreams.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and AI in financial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of data science, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives aligned with Finance priorities.
• Guide forecasting solution design, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Improve A2R, P2P, and I2C processes through data science, automation, and AI.
• Translate business needs into analytical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Oversee development of analytical products and decision-support tools for insights.
• Mentor data scientists and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Establish governance, data quality, and responsible AI in regulated environments.
• Drive adoption and measurable value by embedding analytics into business processes.
