Qualifications

• 10+ years building large-scale ML/AI solutions at Internet scale.
• Experience translating informal requirements into problem definitions amidst ambiguity.
• Experience hiring and leading scientists and engineers; developing junior members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of scientists and engineers to solve complex problems with ambiguity.
• Develop science roadmaps, annual planning, and cross-team collaboration.
• Perform hands-on data analysis, build ML models, run A/B tests, communicate impact to senior management.
• Hire and mentor top talent, provide technical and career development guidance.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and support decision making.
• Apply statistical and ML knowledge to business problems and data.
• Formalize assumptions and identify outliers; define actions.
• Build decision-making models and propose effective business solutions.
• Present insights to audiences with varying technical background.
