Job summary

Stryker is offering an internship that blends hands-on data exploration with exposure to leaders and a culture of innovation. The program emphasizes developing analytical and strategic thinking within the Commercial Excellence organization of the Trauma & Extremities division.

Interns will tackle real-world problems, gain documentation experience, and learn to present findings clearly. Eligible students are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and can work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze and model operational, economic, management and other organizational data; recommend solutions to new and complex problems.
• Support data-driven strategies using Python, SQL, and data visualization tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and forecast business outcomes.
