Qualifications

• STEM majors are encouraged to apply, with preference to Math, Stat, CS, and Engineering majors.
• Intermediate to advanced analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and inform decisions with findings.
• Python, PySpark, SQL or other coding and visualization skills are highly preferred.
• Hadoop and cloud computing.
• Strong background in Mathematics, CS, or Statistics.
• Experience with Microsoft tools mentioned above.
• Detail-oriented with good time management to meet timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis.
• Perform data cleansing and exploratory data analysis.
• Work with different data sources to produce requested analyses.
• Analyze machine learning results.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using optimized contact strategies.
• Produce reports summarizing findings.
• Forecast marketing activities.
