Job summary

Notion is seeking an internship for CS/engineering students to ship real software in a fast-moving AI-first environment. You’ll write clean, secure code and help enhance the product across web services, databases, and tools.

The internship runs May 17–Aug 6 or Jun 14–Sept 3. You’ll work from our NY or SF office during this time and should have prior internship experience and proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, or Python.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in CS/engineering or a related field; must graduate before Summer 2028.
• This internship runs May 17 - August 6 or June 14 - Sept 3 and you must be able to work out of our NY or SF office during this time.

What You\'ll Achieve

• Write clean, secure, tested, and documented code.
• Design & enhance the Notion product with new capabilities with an AI first mindset
• Develop, fix and debug software for across our full stack: web services, databases, applications, tools while leveraging modern frameworks and tooling.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor\'s or master\u2019s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field. Must graduate before Summer 2028.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role\u2019s scope and complexity, and the candidate\u2019s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated hourly range for this role is $57/hr for Bachelors and $61/hr for Master\u2019s.
