Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is offering a Data Science Intern position in Indianapolis for a 10-week, full-time internship. You will work with a team of scientists and data professionals on R&D digital projects, building and automating data workflows, models, and dashboards to support decision making.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in CS, data science, or related fields, with strong Python/SQL skills and a passion for ML/AI.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, Information Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Interest in data, automation, analytics, software development, digital tools, ML, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; relocation to Indianapolis, IN for the internship; full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks (May–August).

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D Digital projects supporting data, automation, analytics, and digital tool development.
• Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand business needs and translate use cases into digital solutions.
• Build, enhance, or automate data workflows, models, dashboards, applications, or internal tools.
• Apply data engineering, software engineering, analytics, automation, ML, and AI to R&D problems.
• Present project reviews and a final poster before colleagues and peers.
