Otis is seeking a Data Science & Analytics – Early Career participant for a 24-month rotational program. You will work on three eight-month assignments across Digital Technology, applying data science, analytics, and AI to real business needs.

Collaborate with mentors, develop technical and leadership skills, and aim for a permanent role on the Data Science & Analytics team. You will gain hands-on experience with data analysis, machine learning, AI-assisted methods, BI, and cross-functional

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, CS, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience cleaning, preparing, and transforming data for analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of ML/AI methods and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in three eight-month assignments across Digital Technology.
• Develop and evaluate ML, statistical, optimization, and AI solutions.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights.
• Collaborate with teams to translate problems into data solutions.
• Present findings and contribute to business impact.
