Job description

Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours/week (weekdays)

Commission: $70 $100 per hour

What You Ll Be Doing

• Guide teams on data science methodology, statistical inference, and modeling best practices
• Design complex data science tasks and develop structured analytical solutions
• Evaluate outputs generated by systems and experts, providing clear technical feedback
• Build evaluation frameworks for statistical reasoning, ML pipeline design, and data analysis quality
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training workflows

What We Re Looking For

• Strong experience in data science, statistical modeling, data analysis, or applied machine learning
• Strong experience in evaluating analytical workflows, labeling, or feedback-based review processes
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain modeling decisions clearly
• Familiarity with LLMs, advanced systems, or agentic workflows
