Job summary

Charles Schwab's Data Risk Enhancement team seeks a role to operationalize data lineage to drive risk-based decisions. You will identify critical data flows, assess end-to-end risk exposure, and translate insights into clear roadmaps.

Collaborate across business and technology, define risk metrics, monitor trends, escalate emerging risks, and ensure data lineage is actionable while supporting business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, analyzing, and mitigating data risk with a pragmatic approach to balancing risk and business outcomes.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data lineage and data flows across complex systems to identify where data risk concentrates.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, translating lineage and risk signals into prioritization insights.
• Ability to work through ambiguity to drive actionable outcomes and mobilize cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience operationalizing data risk metrics, monitoring trends, and escalating emerging risks.

Responsibilities
