The program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, hands-on data research, and potential permanent placement after completion. You will develop sector expertise and communicate findings to nontechnical partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree expected in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong analytical skills and academic success.
• Proficiency with coding or programming, including exposure to SQL or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Analyze alternative data sources to identify trends and insights for companies and industries.
• Develop sector expertise by studying KPIs, dynamics, and drivers within an area.
• Produce research for investment professionals via written analysis and data visualization.
• Collaborate with data teammates to transform datasets into research products.
• Interact with investment professionals to learn the discretionary process and contribute to discussions.
