Job summary

Utah Valley University is seeking a curious, analytical Research Analyst to join the Data Collection and Research team. In this role, you will conduct surveys, lead data collection, and build dashboards to inform university decisions and improve experiences for students and staff.

You will design surveys, facilitate focus groups, prepare reports, and present findings to campus leaders, turning data into actionable insights with collaboration across campus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 3 years related field experience or Bachelor's with 1 year
• Enrollment in Master's program totaling five years may satisfy requirements
• Experience in research design and data collection preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and administer surveys and focus groups.
• Manage research projects from planning to reporting.
• Analyze data, create dashboards, and present findings to campus leaders.
• Collaborate with DCR staff and campus partners.
