Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required.
• Three years of experience in institutional research, BI, dashboard development, digital product layout, or related visual analytics roles.
• Experience delivering complex dashboard projects from start to finish including user persona needs, wireframing, unified design themes, and user documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple interactive deliverables.
• Experience in prototyping dashboards, UI configuration, and interactive report building.
• Ability to present visual concepts clearly to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI) including advanced calculations and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards using advanced equations and visualizations in BI software.
• Partner with stakeholders and data analysts to identify reporting needs and KPIs.
• Translate datasets into visually compelling, actionable dashboards.
• Apply UX principles to reduce visual clutter and improve readability.
• Engage stakeholders to drive data literacy and institutional improvement.
• Work on topics across academics, enrollment, finance, HR, student success, and inclusive excellence.
