Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in collecting and recording significant data and compiling reports.
• Note: 30 college credits may substitute for work experience.
• Knowledge of basic data reporting processes and record-keeping.
• Ability to read/write/speak English sufficiently for duties; ASL or Braille may be acceptable forms of communication.

Responsibilities

• Compile, organize, and tabulate data for research and dissemination.
• Assist in preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
• Maintain research and information files.
• Check and review statistical data for accuracy prior to submission.
• Learn to utilize agency information systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
