Carthage College is seeking a Data Reporting Specialist to support the Office of Institutional Research. The role involves processing data requests, running standard reports, and maintaining dashboards to ensure accurate institutional data.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in data reporting, strong MS Excel skills, and experience with Tableau; familiarity with Workday is a plus. Work will be performed within a collaborative team on campus in Kenosha, WI.

Formación

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of data reporting experience ideal.
• Experience with MS Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with Workday Student Information System is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming campus data requests and run routine reports.
• Update visual dashboards and fact sheets to reflect current data.
• Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating datasets for reporting cycles.
• Provide excellent customer service to Carthage College community and document procedures.
