Zusammenfassung

Group O, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Reporting Analyst to join the Client Services/Customer Success team in Milan, IL.

You will support reporting, analytics, and data activities for internal and external clients, preparing, validating, and analyzing data and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards. Under guidance from Analytics Director and senior team members, you will modify SQL queries, assist with Power BI visuals, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, BI, or related role.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; ability to validate and summarize data.
• Experience with client-facing reports, dashboards, or KPI delivery preferred.

Aufgaben

• Run, review, and modify SQL queries for recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Use intermediate Excel to organize, validate, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources.
• Perform data quality checks and escalate issues when needed.
• Support creation, maintenance, and refresh of reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Assist with Power BI report updates, data refresh validation, and basic visual enhancements.
• Gather and document reporting requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare clear report explanations and findings for client-facing audiences.
