- Provide technical support for business systems and software modifications, implementations, or conversions
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements ensuring system support aligns with organizational goals
- Act as a liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors to facilitate effective communication
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights
- Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics, including dashboards and scorecards
