Role Overview

The Data Quality Specialist will collaborate with agency partners to ensure consistent data quality. Using various resources, they will monitor data flow, resolve issues, and support partner agencies to make a direct impact on community safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Work with agency partners to ensure timely and consistent data flow
  2. Build strong relationships with key agency personnel
  3. Support agencies with their program needs
  4. Troubleshoot transmission issues
  5. Gather feedback for product improvements
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily workflow
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of Account Management experience
  • Ability to report to the Centreville, VA office 3 times a week
