Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in data quality and service design for complex programs.
• Ability to map customer journeys and redesign workflows.
• Familiarity with SaaS and transition of legacy systems.
• Strong documentation, testing and requirements specification skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data validation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness across programs.
• Monitor data integrity and identify errors or anomalies impacting reporting.
• Develop data quality standards and ensure consistent application.
• Collaborate with reporting teams to reflect validated data in dashboards.
• Map customer journeys and design service blueprints aligning front- and back-end processes.
• Test new releases and document data rules and workflows.
