Job summary

The Campbell’s Company is seeking a Data Quality Lead to join the Central Data & Product Delivery Team. You will define and implement enterprise data quality strategy, monitor quality, and partner with Data Owners and Data Stewards to drive governance across domains.

You will lead data quality rules, dashboards, profiling, cleansing and enrichment, and mentor Data Owners to foster a culture of data excellence while aligning with regulatory obligations and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data stewardship, data quality management or data governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, data science or IT related field.
• Experience with data quality principles, tools, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise data quality strategy and maturity across domains.
• Own data quality monitoring, incident management, and remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee data quality dashboard design, thresholds and KPIs for completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead data profiling, cleansing and enrichment initiatives with IT and business partners.
• Provide training and mentorship to Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Analysts.
