Texas Family Care Network is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to enter and validate data across multiple electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information used to monitor outcomes.

The role involves data collection, entry, and cleaning, identifying gaps, collaborating across departments, and maintaining timely data updates while adhering to supervision and office hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or associate degree from an accredited college or university in data science, management information systems, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Requires one (1) year of experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative/clerical support.
• DPS, DFPS, FBI, CBCU Eligibility Determination, and Child Abuse Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, and clean data within systems managed by the Texas Family Care Network and subcontractors.
• Identify and correct data gaps and errors by monitoring reports and reviewing documents.
• Collaborate and communicate between departments to maximize data quality for the Texas Family Care Network and the provider network.
• Receive supervision and actively communicate with supervisor on an ongoing basis throughout the week by phone, email, written message and when possible, in person regarding program matters.
