Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce's client is seeking a Data Quality Control Associate for a 1 year contract. This is a remote role. Summary: The Data Quality Control Associate is responsible for processing high volumes of customer queries as it relates to systems integration and item maintenance requests. They will be responsible for data cleansing and the processing and creation of exception reports to maintain data integrity. You will collaborate with several departments including finance, accounting, marketing, sales, IT, royalty, and others. Daily, the Data Quality Control Associate will process around 200 item requests and enrich them with data (editing titles, assigning correct attributes, etc., and help respond to emails).
