Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• One year of data quality, data analysis, quality assurance, or database systems experience.
• Three years of SQL experience required.
• Understanding of data quality concepts such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Milan’s data quality framework, standards, and documentation.
• Build and maintain automated data quality checks using Snowflake and related tooling.
• Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and drive remediation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI, and stakeholders to embed quality checks into pipelines and reports.
