Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a Data Quality Analyst on a contract basis in a regulated environment where data lineage and audit trails matter. You will build and tune data quality rules in Collibra DQ and perform source-to-target reconciliation with SQL and Spark.

You will partner with data stewards to define measurable quality standards and ensure ongoing compliance, bringing hands-on SQL, Databricks experience, and the ability to operate in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and tuning data quality rules.
• Strong SQL skills for reconciliation and profiling tasks.
• Working knowledge of Databricks and Spark/PySpark.

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on DQ rule-building experience - Collibra DQ preferred; Informatica IDQ, Ataccama, Soda, or Monte Carlo also transfers well
• Strong SQL - reconciliation and profiling queries without assistance
• Working knowledge of Databricks (Spark/PySpark, Unity Catalog exposure)
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define quality standards, not just implement them
• Comfort operating in a regulated environment
