Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Data Project Manager to support a federal client. The role utilizes PowerPlatform, CAD, and other design/space tech to assist Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Move Managers.

You will build dashboards and data tools, ensure data integrity, and inform space planning decisions. Qualified candidates have 10+ years of experience in analytics, data integration, reporting, and space management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to obtain TOP

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years creating and using analytic models, dashboards and reports.
• Experience in data integration, analytics, reporting and visualization.
• Experience supporting space management or facilities coordination.
• Expertise in PowerPlatform-based tools and allocation models.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine PowerPlatform-based tools to collect and measure data for space utilization metrics.
• Collect, analyze and report space, occupancy, workforce, and facilities data to support decisions.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, charts and visuals for space utilization and move planning.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and risks in space data and propose improvements.
• Support space planning, seating optimization, and office move coordination.
