MedPro Systems LLC in Mount Arlington, New Jersey is seeking a Data Project Analyst to review, format, and load data requests into our project databases. You will ensure data accuracy and support project needs, reporting to the License Data Governance Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teams using Jira and Confluence, processing data sets with proprietary tools, and preparing clear written communications for stakeholders. 2+ years data experience is required.

• 2+ years post college experience
• 2+ years data experience
• Strong data management knowledge and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams using Jira and Confluence to track issues and fulfill requests
• Utilize proprietary software tools to process data sets and remediate exceptions
• Process data requests for state boards to ensure data is loaded correctly for customer access
• Attend weekly License Data Governance Team meetings
• Communicate clearly in writing for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple activities with changing priorities
