Job summary

Insight Global seeks a seasoned Program Manager with a data-analyst background to shape long-term data technology initiatives. You will break down vision into deliverable subprojects, staff them, and coordinate across multiple groups to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes process thinking, stakeholder influence, and the design of scalable data solutions within a complex enterprise environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Program Manager experience with a data-analytics background.
• Experience leading a project and acting as the decision maker.
• Project management experience within the data space, with design/process thinking.

Responsibilities

• Translate long-term data technology goals into subprojects across multiple groups.
• Staff and deliver projects, maintaining cross-group coordination and tracking.

Job Description

• They will be given some very vision oriented long term goals in the data technology space. Their job will be to (within 1-2 yr) what are sub projects that need to be designed, staffed, delivered/kept track of across multiple groups.

• Bunch of entities in Coke where the data that we all have to collect, share, use doesn't agree w each other or issues interpreting the data based on location.

Semi-technical background - good w/ data, good linear thinking, designing a process, influencing, designing a project and asking the right questions to get there.

150-160K depending on years of experience
