Are you passionate about Data? Consider applying to the Program Management Tech Lead opportunity in the Enterprise Data Office. You will have the opportunity to influence Freddie Mac and the secondary mortgage market as you manage a portfolio of significant data initiatives that enhance enterprise-wide data management, privacy, analytics, and platforms. You will manage roadmaps, large programs, scope, and budget.
Support Freddie Mac’s mission of providing Liquidity, Stability and Affordability to the U.S. Housing Market by maturing data capabilities and making high-quality data more accessible and secure.
Transform enterprise data governance, privacy, and business intelligence tools, platforms, and services based on business needs, informed by industry trends.
Lead strategic and high-impact efforts driven by senior management.
Partner with divisional leadership to ensure the firm’s data and analytics capabilities are fully utilized to maximize business value.
Drive the adoption of enterprise data governance principles and best practices.
Define target states and create roadmaps to deliver value.
Manage a portfolio of programs/projects throughout the lifecycle (inception to completion) and ensure successful delivery and that benefits are realized.
Direct large-scale, complex programs often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrixed partners.
Accurately assess, manage, and report risks and issues.
Manage backlog of incoming requests, including prioritization across multiple workstreams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field. Advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred
One or more of the following certifications preferred: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer
Typically 8 - 10 years of project / program management experience
Proven track record of successfully leading significant, large-scale transformations.
Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a group.
Highly motivated and energetic self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing, while excelling in cross-functional team environments
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to change direction quickly and thoughtfully.
Ability to take complex, technical problems and explain in easy-to-understand terms.
Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete objectives.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $124,000 - $186,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
