Job summary

Capgemini in New York City is seeking a Data Product Owner/Program Lead to support senior leads with program coordination, risk tracking, governance, and stakeholder follow-through within Wealth Management data initiatives.

You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers and business teams to define metrics, translate data into actionable insights, ensure governance and data quality across platforms, and uncover trends and opportunities to accelerate strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Data Product Owner / Program Lead.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Analytics tools.
• Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains with expertise in stock plans, financial data, Crypto and related business processes.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, architecture and governance principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics KPIs and data requirements.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business oriented insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across platforms.
