Programm ers.io seeks a Data Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge business stakeholders, data consumers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable specs and deliver valuable data solutions.

You will guide collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and analysts, ensuring product quality, adoption, and governance compliance while iterating with market changes.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of product management experience.
• Experience delivering data products and translating stakeholder needs into specs.

• Define and articulate the data products vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with clear, ordered items.
• Bridge between business stakeholders, data consumers, and the data development team.
• Translate user and business requirements into actionable specs for the development team.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and other teams to deliver the data product.
• Represent customer voice, understand needs and feedback to deliver real value.
• Oversee product quality, relevance, and alignment with business needs.
• Drive product adoption and evolve it in response to market dynamics.
• Ensure data used within the product is clean, secure, and governance-compliant.
• Make critical decisions on product direction, features, and priorities.
