U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Data Product Owner to drive strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of data products within the Investment Services Data Domain.

This role liaises with business and technology teams to create scalable, governed data products supporting reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases. The role covers full lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across data engineering, analytics, and governance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of experience in data, analytics, product management, or related disciplines.
• Experience defining roadmaps, requirements, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience with data warehousing, data engineering, data modeling, and cloud architectures.
• Experience with Investment Services or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for data products.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate needs into user stories and backlog items.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and roadmap discussions balancing value and capacity.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and governance teams to deliver scalable data products.
• Champion data-as-a-product principles including governance, metadata, and lineage.
• Drive adoption and measure business outcomes through stakeholder feedback and metrics.
• Support evolution of gold data products to improve consistency and reuse.
