Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Data Product Owner to lead Retail client data priorities within the II data management team.

You will translate complex data needs into prioritized capabilities and guide delivery to ensure data is accurate, trusted, and fit for purpose across processes and downstream platforms. As a product owner and SME in Retail client data, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders, translate requirements, prioritize work, and manage dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience plus 5+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for assigned client data domain across business, technology, analytics, operations and risk teams.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and solutions.
• Own and prioritize the backlog for the scope, balancing value, quality, risk and capacity.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics and business teams through discovery, delivery, validation and adoption.
• Ensure data governance, quality, metadata, and enterprise standards across the lifecycle.
• Define acceptance criteria and lead business validation and UAT for new capabilities.
