T. Rowe Price is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape the future of investment data capabilities across the firm. You will partner with data engineers, portfolio managers, traders, researchers, and technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

This role blends investment domain expertise with data architecture and agile delivery, offering hybrid work up to three days from home and opportunities to influence strategy, governance, and enterprise data models.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Strategy, Data Architecture, or related disciplines.
Experience in Asset/Investment Management or related financial services.
Experience partnering with agile software development teams.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and promote the strategic vision for investment data capabilities.
Perform deep analysis of investment datasets, workflows, and processes.
Identify data quality, lineage, integrity, and operational issues and recommend solutions.
Support root-cause analysis across investment platforms and drive data-driven decisions.
Drive adoption of enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and governance.
Evaluate current-state data ecosystems and identify opportunities for standardization and reuse.
Support AI, metadata management, data governance, and data quality initiatives.
Develop process flows, architectures, UML diagrams, and solution designs.
Participate in architecture reviews and advise on data modeling approaches.
Translate complex investment processes into scalable tech and data solutions.
