Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
• 4 years of experience in process improvement or requirements analysis.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies.
• Experience applying risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog for one or more Agile teams with complete user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Write, refine, accept and prioritize stories to support compliant solutions and business value.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and IT to translate business requirements into deliverables.
• Execute robust test plans including user acceptance testing and production validation.
