Maven Clinic is the leading virtual clinic for women’s and family health. Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, inclusive, and comprehensive for all. We leverage cutting-edge technology to provide compassionate, personalized care for every stage of life.

We are seeking an experienced product manager who is passionate about data and can translate user needs into solutions that champion Maven’s core value of Leading with Data. In this role, you will partner with both Data Engineers and Analysts to implement automated, scalable, and durable solutions that span the entire lifecycle of data from system to system data integrations to reporting for business stakeholders.

As a Data Product Manager, you will:

  • Become an expert in the data and reporting needs of stakeholder teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Growth to lead requirements gathering, roadmapping, and strategy definition.
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Analysts to implement reporting and tooling that drives meaningful improvement for stakeholder teams in their ability to lead with data.
  • Lead in designing a data platform and data models that are reliable, uniform, and can scale with Maven’s growth.
  • Lead efforts across the organization to automate data integrations across various systems to reduce manual data transfer and to improve operational efficiency.
  • Define, track, and deliver on core success measures, KPIs, and hypotheses to support company OKRs.
  • Use data and insights, including performance analytics, market research, user research, and business needs, to inform prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in healthcare tech with a focus in reporting and/or data integrations using cloud native technologies.
  • Comfort and experience working within a fast-growing organization and early stage opportunities.

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $149K-$175K per year. You will also be entitled to stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
